4th of July Weekend: Fun in the Sun

The 4th of July, being our anniversary, we went to dinner at Biaggi's the weekend before. Ellie came with us.  I think we are getting use to eating dinner out around 5pm.  Too bad we don't get the senior dinner specials lol.  We also went to our friends, Nick and Mary's house for a BBQ, but didn't have time for fireworks because Ellie was ready for bed at 7:30.  Nevertheless, it was great to see friends and their new house.  Friday, we went to Peoria to see the Hayes, but also got to see the Shoemakers. It was so fun for the girls to play together and for us to get to swim and hang out. Ellie actually started to like the pool especially with daddy turning her in circles in the water.
